After Asana

Asana, or the physical postures is just one of eight limbs of yoga. Through extensive study and application of yoga over the past 15 years, I have created a course that will allow a beginner or seasoned practitioner to utilize these sacred tools as a daily form of healing themselves and others. 

What you will gain:

Deepened personal sadhana through extensive study in yoga philosophy, anatomical alignment of poses, meditation & pranayama techniques, fundamentals of Sanskrit, energetics, bandhas, mudras, chants, kriyas & discourse on sacred text. 

3 months, 3 sessions per month, 3 hours per session

  • 75 minute sadhana with pranayama and meditation

Integrating Ayurveda

Ayurveda is a holistic medicinal science integrating mind, body, and soul. It has been practiced, studied, and taught for over 5,000 years. Each person reacts and relates to particular foods, temperatures, & energetics differently, thus healing should be approached more acutely. Ayurveda offers each individual a specific roadmap of how to live their life in fullness and in balance. 

What you will gain:

A fluent understanding of how to heal your bodies physical and mental fluctuations. A deeper relationship with nature to transform your life by creating balance through applied ayurvedic principles in diet, ritual, herbalism, and lifestyle attunements.
